The location was indeed great, in the middle of jackson. It also was near to hollywood beach which is bigger and cleaner and also has a lot of restaurants and the fitness center.

Perfect experience!

It had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a big plus.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our family of four. We were happy that the owner was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. The location was great, with a 7-Eleven convenience store within walking distance and a Walmart nearby for any necessities. We also enjoyed using the Circuit to ride up to the boardwalk, which was only about 2 miles away. Plus, having beach chairs and towels provided was a nice bonus.

Check-in was a bit confusing, as we had to go to a hidden office by the service delivery entrance. Some people had reported rude staff, but we didn't experience any issues ourselves.

Location in the area. Walked in 5 minutes to Candy & Cones that serves coffee and treats. We got a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. There was bathtubs in the private bathroom.

Great value for the money with a spacious and clean condo, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfectly situated just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to Walmart and grocery stores. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive, allowing us an earlier check-in and providing helpful information.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more options or a nearby café.

Roman's apartment at The Tides was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. We loved having access to a beach trolley with chairs and an umbrella, as well as a children's car seat. The laundry room in the corridor was convenient, and we appreciated being able to use the reloadable card. The fitness center, although needing some service, was still a great amenity. The $1 trolley ride to Hollywood Beach was a steal, as it had a bigger and cleaner beach with plenty of restaurants. The two pool areas were clean and enjoyable. Lastly, the proximity to Walmart made grocery shopping easy.

The location was fantastic! We were just a short walk away from a 7-Eleven convenience store and Walmart, which was super convenient for us since we didn't have a car. Plus, we loved that we could use the Circuit to ride up to the boardwalk, which was only about 2 miles away. Another great perk was that a family of five could easily fit in the apartment and it was only two dollars per person to use the Circuit.

There were a few things that could have been better. the shower water pressure was quite low and the shower floor was super slippery, which was a bit concerning.

The location of this apartment was fantastic! It was close to the beach and had a great city view. Plus, the apartment itself was beautiful and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the towels and beddings were nice and soft. I also loved that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a shade umbrella on a trolley. It made going to the beach so much easier and more enjoyable. The WiFi was reliable too.

our recent stay in hollywood was amazing! tides exceeded our expectations with a clean, spacious apartment, beach trolley access, and a great fitness center. we loved the beach and pool areas too. definitely coming back!
